I got a sweater from Sandro and it looked really nice when it first arrived. But after wearing it just a few times, it started pilling quite a bit. For the price, I was expecting better fabric and stitching tbh. It’s not awful or anything, but it just doesnt feel like it’s going to last very long. Kinda dissapointed.

I actually like the clothes and was happy with what I ordered, but dealing with customer service was way more stressful than I expected. It took days to get a reply, and when they did respond, it felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t really help. My return did eventually get sorted, but only after I kept chasing them, which was frustrating

I thought the quality was really good, really good for what I paid. The prices felt fair to me, and overall it just seemed worth it

I stopped in to try on a jacket I’d been eyeing, and the clothes themselves were nice. The store had that polished look where everything feels a little too neatly folded, which always makes me afraid to touch anything. Random side note, I had just grabbed coffee before going in and was trying so hard not to spill it on myself, so maybe I was already a little distracted. Anyway, the staff seemed kind of bored, and it took a while before anyone actually came over to help me.

When someone finally did help, it felt rushed, and of course the size I wanted wasn’t available. Checkout was slower than I expected too, which is always annoying when you’re already debating whether you even want to buy anything. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but for the prices they’re charging, I expected the service to feel a lot more attentive

I do like the clothes, but the return process was kinda annoying. I sent my item back and then went ages without any real update. The refund did eventually come through, but only after I contacted customer service to chase it. For the price, I was expecting things to be a bit smoother. Not the worst experience, just frustrating

I ordered my usual size, and thankfully it actually fit the way it was supposed to. that shouldn’t feel like such a win, but with clothing sizes being all over the place lately, it kind of does. The sleeves were a little too long, which is annoying, but not enough to ruin it. Overall, I’m happy with the fit.

I do like some of the cuts and colors. Very Paris-looking, which is nice. But a few pieces feel a little too plain for what they cost. The site is fine overall, just not the easiest to browse. A bit hit or miss for my taste

I ordered from Sandro Paris and the delivery was faster than I thought it would be, I got tracking updates along the way and the parcel showed up in good condition. The courier was fine too, no problems at all. Happy with how easy the whole thing was.

I don’t remember much about the whole process, which is probably a good sign. I just know checkout was quick, everything went through smoothly, and there weren’t any annoying issues
